Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S.) 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of PLC Charter Schools' Governing Board and to the general public that a meeting, open to the public, will be held as specified below. The Board reserves the right to change the order of items on the agenda and in cases of legal sensitivity or sensitive materials may also choose to convene an executive session, during which no action items or discussions regarding voting issues will take place.
