FEBRUARY NEWS
Dear Families,
I would like to thank you all for helping your child work on their amazing dinosaur reports and dioramas! They look fantastic and I am looking forward to the class museum this week.
During the month of February, we will begin studying rocks and the layers of the earth. We will continue to work on our addition and subtraction facts, and finish up with graphs. We are also learning how to find the range, mode, and median for a set of numbers.
This month continues our anti-bullying unit.
Important dates for February:
Wednesday, February 1: Flag Raising, followed by our classroom mini-musuem.
Thursday, February 9: K-1 Trip to MIM. Permission slips due Friday the 3rd.
Monday, February 20: President’s Day---No School.
